Vacation Rental Description
There aref two Penthouse condos, PH3A and PH3B, that I own are located in the center of the entertainment area for Cancun. These are two level one bedroom two bathroom units, with the bedroom located upstairs next to the roof top deck with one bathroom and two queen size beds in 3A and a king and double bed in PH3B, with a vaulted ceiling. On a second lower level there is a balcony overlooking the water and beach and a living room area with a kitchen and bar and a second full bathroom. The beach is just outside the lobby door, about ten steps, and the restaurants and clubs are just a few steps out the street side. The condos have a beautiful spectacular view of the Caribbean and unit PH3A has the only roof top deck for private sunning. There is a pool for sunning and swimming, which has pool side service for drinks and snacks. There is a beach side patio for drinks and viewing the Caribbean.

    My condos are located in the Salvia Condominiums in the Hotel Zone at Punta Cancun.
    This location is close to the airport, about a 20 minute ride without traffic which is most of the time.
    It also is only 20 minutes to shopping for groceries to stock the full kitchen for instance to Wal-Mart
    You can get a bus right out to the front of the building to anywhere in the area, and a ride is 8.5 pesos about 70 cents
    You Can walk to the beach in about ten steps from the condos
    You can walk to the clubs and shopping out to the front in a minute or two.
