Vacation Rental Description
This is a beautiful, spacious, two-room unit, overlooking the breathtaking white sand and turquoise waters of the magnificent Caribbean Sea. Enjoy the ocean views from the bedroom and the living room/kitchen. The large bedroom has two double-size beds, a bathroom, and plenty of closet space. Double French doors separate the bedroom from the living room and kitchen. Sliding patio doors in the bedroom and the living room open onto a huge terrace. From the terrace, you can watch the sunrise in the morning and at times, see dolphins play in the distance waters. The unit also has a separate Juliet Balcony off the kitchen where you can take in the sunset over a tropical lagoon in the evening.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The marble bathroom is roomy with a great shower. One of the bathrooms is handicapped equipped. The couch turns into an extra bed if necessary. BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS.

At night, during the months of June thru July, huge sea turtles come out of the sea and onto the beach right in front of the property and lay their eggs. This is an experience you will never forget.

Our beachfront resort has 24-hour security and is in a gated community in the southern part of the Hotel Zone... A WORLD AWAY from the noise and traffic of the Central Hotel Zone. This unit in particular is located on the quiet side of this condominium development and the only noise one hears are the sounds of the ocean.

There is a small convenience store at the resort, a palapa restaurant and bar, a snack shop, an infinity swimming pool, a laundry and reception area. If you prefer to shop downtown, transportation is very easy. Buses stop every five minutes just outside our gated entrance. Reasonably priced taxis are also available. World class shopping malls like La Isla and Kukulkan Plaza, an unbelievable variety of restaurants, night life, tourist attractions, spas and golfing are all just minutes away. Come and enjoy paradise at a very affordable price.
