It is located on the third floor giving you the ultimate viewing experience with the ocean just feet away. The unit was decorated by a state of the art designer who had the perfect touch. It has great patios encircling the unit. The front patio has a big dining table and grill. It includes two master suites, and a kid’s room with two sets of bunk beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen television, DVD player, and iHome stereos.  
The kitchen is stocked with brand new appliances, granite counter tops, and all the gadgets you need. The great room has a 55” television and unbelievable views. It has a private indoor hot tub located off the front patio. It has a parking garage for your vehicles and a laundry facility on in the unit. 
This unit is only twenty five minutes from the airport and is located in the heart of Cancun. It is within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. This facility is secured by a gated entry and 24-hour security. It has every amenity you could desire; a first class spa and gym, tennis courts, heated pool, Jacuzzis, and entrances to the beach.

    • This unit has everything you could want in a vacation property. The kitchen has pots and pans, bake ware, serving dishes, rice maker, coffee maker, griddle, waffle maker, glasses, utensils, and plates. This designer did not leave out a single thing that you could want in your kitchen. It has a washer and dryer in the unit. It has a private hot tub on the deck overlooking the ocean. There is cable television in every room with DVD players. There is not an onsite restaurant, but there are plenty within a short walking distance. They do have a poolside snack bar that will serve you while you relax. This is the ultimate package!

    • There are so many activities that are on or near this facility. The complex has tennis courts, swimming pools, miniature golf (coming soon), and adventure activities on the beach. If you go down to the beach and walk either direction you will find a vendor who will rent you ski-dos, parasailing, deep sea fishing and any other activity that you would like to do. You can also look in our concierge book for information on the water park, excursions, near by islands, night clubs, and shopping. Cancun is a great place to vacation because it has great sandy beaches for those that want to relax and lots of activities for those that want action.

    We accept credit cards through Pay Pal or checks written out to VaCay Properties. If you choose to pay by credit card there is a 3% transaction fee. When booking the unit we require 50% deposit and the remaining balance and security deposit 30 days prior to your vacation. The fully refundable security deposit is $700. The cancellation policy is 30 days written notice for a full refund. If less than 30 days and the unit was rented a pro-rata refund will be given besides a $150 administration fee. If the unit was not able to be rented there will be no refund.
