We have the best view, beach, rates and location in Cancun! The picture shows the balcony from the condo with the spectacular ocean view! This is a nice Cancun beach front condo! It is a larger studio unit, and sleeps 5 (6 with children). The Cancun condominium is an ocean front units, with an unbeatable Caribbean ocean view. They are on a powdery, gorgeous, white sand beach, with turquoise, clear, warm water, in the top of the hotel zone. The complex is across the street from the "hot spots" of Cancun- the premiere night clubs such as Carlos and Charlies, Sr. Frogs, Cocobongos, and much more. We are walking distance to the top 5 night clubs, many restaurants and fast food, activities, flea markets and shopping centers. It puts you in the heart of the hot Cancun action and attractions. The condo is location in Girasol condo hotel. It has a fabulous, private, large balcony, with spectacular, panoramic ocean views!

Amenities include: Fantastic ocean view on balcony with patio furniture. A/C. Bathroom with shower, closet/shelves. Cable TV w/DVD, 2 full size beds w/(blankets, sheets, pillows, towels, etc.). Free parking (1 car) It is cleaned before check-in, & after check-out. 2 lovely oceanside pools, one upper, one lower. One is shallower, one deeper. Lounge chairs are around the pool deck. Kitchenette refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, burner, & dishes, pots/pans, utensils, silverware. Direct access to the lovely beach & pools. Complex has tennis courts, private parking for guests (free). It has a good, reasonably priced restaurant in the complex, for breakfast/lunch. You will be close to many activities. Water sports are of all kinds- nr. fishing, boating, golf courses, & water parks. Go on a jungle tour, aquarium, swim w/dolphins, or snorkel in coral reefs. Visit Tulum or Chichenitza to see the fascinating Mayan Ruins. Or, go to interesting islands of Cozumel or Isla Mujeres.

Cancun has many nice restaurants of all kinds & prices, an abundance of night life, & activities- in the water and out! Lovely beach is perfect for swimming or boogie boarding! Condo is located in the top of the hotel zone, a perfect central location. The unit is furnished, with 2 full beds, 1 full size futon/couch, cable tv, a/c, kitchenette, & more. Go to sleep, and drift off to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves! The ocean view pools have lounge chairs to work on your tan! Palapas on the beach, and you can lounge in the shade, and enjoy the beach scene! Escape your normal life, and leave your concerns behind! Bus lines are in front of the condo, cost 65 cents, and run often. They take you up and down the main street- Kulkulcan Blvd. That's where the action is! You don't need a car.
