The Villa in Akumal on the whitest sand and the best beach, is Casa de Acacia. It is a villa located in South Akumal, 2 miles south of Akumal and 60 miles south of the Cancun airport. The main house has three bedrooms and there is also a guesthouse if you need more space.

If you've had too much sun but still want to sit outside and enjoy the view, there are beautiful covered terraces both upstairs and downstairs. You'll also enjoy the terrific rooftop observatory.

The snorkeling directly offshore the villa is some of the best on the Riviera Maya. With a white sand beach to walk on, clear turquoise water to swim in and a view to die for, you'll think you're in heaven!
The entire upstairs of the villa is a huge master suite with bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. The downstairs is also self-contained with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and dining room/living room. The guesthouse ALSO has its own bed and kitchenette along with a full bath.

A new swimming pool has just been added on the ocean side of the villa so you can enjoy your afternoon while floating in the pool and looking at the ocean.

Sleep in air-conditioned comfort, or open the windows, hear the surf, and feel the gentle breeze assisted by the ceiling fans. For the hardy - try the hammocks.

This villa is Available for Year Round Rentals. Maid-service, change of linens, and all cleaning is included. Have Maggie fix your dinners for you (three are included - you cover the groceries), or dine at some of the finest, nearby restaurants on the Riviera Maya. Shopping for necessities, groceries, and the like are within one and a half miles from the house.
