Casa del Mar, the name is perfectly suited for the home. Casa del Mar is all about the gentle cool of ocean breeze and the stunning blue vista of sea and sky. A large pool on the garden side is perfect for sunbathing. Jump in and cool off after exploring the ruins.
Casa del Mar is a small and elegant villa. The home is well furnished with many thoughtful touches designed to make you feel at home. Casa del Mar comfortably accommodates 7 people. For larger groups we recommend that you reserve Casa del Mar and Nicte Ha (located next door) together. Special rental rates may apply when both houses are rented together.
Casa del Mar has two levels over which are three bedrooms. The villa is located very close to Akumal Bay, Akumal's central commercial center. (A short 10 minute walk) The main level consists of a fully equipped kitchen, and open living and dining area. The dining area and living area both look out over ocean side patios. Casa del Mar is designed to highlight the view with full ocean views via two sets of sliding glass doors. An air conditioned guest bedroom and bath are also on the main level.
The master bedroom is on the upper level. It is bright and very spacious with a large ocean side terrace furnished with hammocks and patio furniture for you to enjoy. The bedroom is furnished with king bed and is air conditioned for your comfort. There is a TV/DVD player.
Also on the upper level is a smaller bedroom, also with air conditioning, perfect for children. This bedroom is furnished with one single and one double bed.

Maid service provided 6 days per week except Sunday. Cook service is $7 per person plus cost of groceries, 24 hour notice please. Beach towels, pool floats provided. Night time security guard. Safe available for guest use.
