Casa Palapa is an Akumal beachfront home located on the Mayan Riviera of Mexico.. This open and spacious home provides 3 air conditioned bedrooms and terraces that all enjoy expansive and dramatic ocean views. 
Casa Palapa is located directly on the beautiful,wide Aventuras Akumal beach, which is famous for some of the best, snorkeling, diving and fishing in all of the Caribbean.These activities are all right outside your door. 
 
Lounge in the hammocks under the beachfront palapa, stroll the beach, or watch the fabulous star show at night. Escape from the stresses of the modern world at Casa Palapa.Casa Palapa is potent medicine for those in need of peace and tranquility.  
This comfortable, airy beach home with fans throughout features a full kitchen with micro, coffeemaker, toaster and blender. The dining room seats 8 and the spacious living room provides 2 leather sofas and a chair, Sky satellite TV with HBO, and Wireless. There is a sandy sun tanning deck, an oceanfront shade palapa with 2 hammocks, many beach lounges, a grill, a crib, high chair, hair dryers, iron, 2 kayaks, beach equipment, boogey boards, covered parking and bottled water for cooking. 
The master suite is furnished with a very comfortable king bed, bureau, side table and a private bathroom with a tub en suite. 
Bedrooms 2 and 3 provide two full beds and two twin beds that share an upstairs bathroom. Another full bath is located on the 1st floor. 
Maid service is provided 6 days per week and our English speaking manager, who is a 20 year resident of Akumal, lives next door. 
Casa Palapa can also sleep up to 10 guests when used in conjunction with Casita Debita, a studio on the street side, furnished with another full kitchen, bath, TV, living room, dining table and king bed. 
 
Trent Jones, a PGA sanctioned golf course is 5 minutes from Casa Palapa for golf enthusiasts

Explore the nearby ancient Mayan civilizations of Tulum, Coba and Chichen Itza. Play in the eco parks of Xcaret and Xel Ha. Swim with the dolphins. Snorkel and swim in the hundreds of freshwater cenotes nearby. Cave dive. Golf ( 2 courses nearby- 9 and 18 holes) There are plenty of restaurants in Akumal but head to Playa del Carmen for some nightlife and unusual shopping. Take the ferry to Cozumel for the day. Horseback or ATV ride. Parasail or ride a jet ski. All of these things and more are just minutes from Casa Palapa.
