The casita building is located down a garden path to the beach. These two studio/efficiency condos are located on the sandy center of Half Moon Bay. Each casita has an ocean view and windows on all sides. There is wonderful cross ventilation, ceiling fans, and AC. There is wireless internet service. The main building has a roof top patio for guests enjoyment and is the perfect place to end your day with a awsome sunset.

Snorkeling and swimming are just out the door. Relax on the beach and watch the turtles swim by. The casitas are a short walk to YalKu Lagoon, excellent restaurants, a dive shop, shops and convenience stores. In the quaint town of Akumal there are restaurants, dive shops, sports fishing, tennis courts, 2 supermarkets, a spa, a produce market, health club, markets, and a Yoga studio.

Both casitas have a kitchnette with a full frig, microwave, toasteroven, burners, blender, cooking utensiles, and service for 4. These casitas have a dining alcove that seats 4.The tiled bathrooms have a vent window.

Downstairs Casita - This is a ground floor unit with easy access. It is perfect for the people who like to run in and out. There are two full size beds. There is sitting outside the sliding glass doors.

Upstairs Casita - The second floor unit is very private. It has a wonderful sunset view over the jungle. There is a king bed and a small sitting area as well as the dining alcove.

It is wonderful to walk the beach in the morning with your coffee and watch the sunrise. And in the evening the moon rise is fantastic.

The casitas are located on the sandy center of Half Moon Bay with swimming and snorkeling outside your door. This bay is noted for its turtle nesting. YalKu Lagoon is just a short walk away. There are a number of excellent restaurants, shops, a dive shop, and convenience stores within easy walking distance. In the quaint town of Akumal there is more of everything including a spa, gym, dive shops, eco-center, and yoga studio. Boats are available for fishing and the Pescadore restaurant will cook your catch. There is also a travel agency that can arrange for all your travel adventures.

Akumal is centrally located as a starting point for the Mayan Ruins, Atun Chen Caves, Xcheret, XelHa and cenotes. In nearby Playa del Carmen there are movie theatres and night life.

The downstairs casita has 2 entrances - one from the beach and the main entrance for easy access. There is daily maid service. Both condos have alarm clocks. Our reception office can help you with any of your needs. There is a child's cot available for $10.00US/night. There is wireless internet access. In town there is a laundry service.

Christmas & New Year's week - $135.00US/night Thanksgiving week - $85.00US/night The rates are for each casita. There is a 10% discount if they are rented together. The rate includes daily maid service, AC, bottled water, & beach chairs. There is a $10.00 refundable beach towel deposit. There is a child's cot available for $10.00/day charge. Occupancy is 2. There is $5.00 laundry charge for each additional person. 50% deposit is due to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. LOW SEASON SPECIAL - Rent for 6 nights and the 7th is free.
