Casita Manzanillo is a very comfortable four-year-old home located two minutes away from Manzanillo beach.
Vacation Rental Description
Casita Manzanillo is a four-year-old home in the Manzanillo Reef development, a short walk from Manzanillo beach, and within easy walking distance of shopping and services. This 1,200-square-foot house sleeps four in two air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite, the second bedroom has two twin beds. The fully-equipped kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, blender, and several other appliances. Other amenities include washer and dryer, swimming pool, TV and DVD player, Canadian satellite TV service, Apple iPod and stereo iPod player, wireless Internet, telephone and even an iron and an ironing board. Upstairs is a very large rooftop deck and palapa with barbecue.
We offer complimentary airport transfer (on arrival only) from the Puerto Escondido airport, and maid service three times a week.

Activities
Whale-watching, fishing and scuba diving are among the marine attractions, along with ecotours at nearby Manialtepec Lagoon, and other locations. The city of Oaxaca is an hour away by plane and well worth a visit for its pre-Spanish and Spanish historical sites, and an international reputation for fine Oaxacan cuisine, hand-woven rugs, black pottery and lots more, such as fried grasshoppers.

A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to the start of the rental. A rental confirmation will be provided upon receipt of the deposit. Reservations not paid in full by the due date are subject to cancellation. Payment may be paid by cheque (Canadian or U.S. banks), Western Union or by credit card through PayPal. Reservations may be cancelled up to 120 days prior to the start of the rental for a full refund of the deposit paid. There will be no refund on cancellations made within 120 days of the start of the rental. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended. A damage deposit of $250 US must be paid 30 days prior to the start of the rental. It will be returned within 14 days of the completion of the rental provided there has been no damage to real or personal property and that all the conditions of the rental have been met.
