The Villa is located 5 minutes walk from the beach, 7 minutes by car from down town, 5 minutes by car from the golf course.Breakfast restaurant is next door, a family restaurant is 5 minutes walk. Numerous local and international restaurants are available,family style or gourmet. Several beaches are within minutes by car, commercial or beautifully hidden and untouched, with calm or wild waters for the surfers. Several tours and watersports are being offered, as well as world class sports fishing. The agents responsible for the well being of our guests are fluent in english, spanish and german.

Lower rates for long term renting available.The price of $450 US a night includes pick up and drop off from the Villa, 2 cleanings per week and the final cleaning after check out and breakfast. $ 400 US includes the same, except breakfast.
