Our hope is that through the beauty of the landscape, the warmth of the local people and the tranquil atmosphere you will experience the charm that is Huatulco. Choose any of our breathtaking villas; House of the Rising Sun (4 suites, 5 baths + office & elevator, sleeps 8-12), Dolphin Cove Villa (4 suites, 6 baths, sleeps 8-11) or Turtle Bay Villa (4 suites, 5 baths, sleeps 8-11) and you are sure to have an unforgettable vacation.  
 
Each of three stunning oceanfront villas include; airport pick-up, daily maid service, on-site cook, AC, 4 superb suites, 5 plus bathrooms, ocean view kitchen & living room, seated dining for 12, indoor & outdoor bar, tropical gardens, private outdoor terrace & palapa BBQ area next to a truly infinite infinity pool that flows into the Pacific. There are two beaches within close walking distance (200 meters), one is very secluded and the other filled with seafood restaurants and clear blue water perfect for snorkeling. Las Palmas Villas are located near the Santa Cruz Marina and shopping boardwalk. 
 
Come and enjoy la vida tranquila de Huatulco (“the tranquil life of Huatulco”) in one of our inviting villas. Las Palmas Villas can also be rented together and/or with the Las Palmas Casitas (condos) for celebrations, larger gatherings, retreats & reunions, please email us for more information.

    • Each Villa is staffed with a maid and a grounds keeper. Our bilingual administrator drops by twice a week to help with any accommodation or translation issues. If you wish to have prepared meals, planned excursions, private massage, restaurant reservations, local information, etc. we will be happy to assist with the arrangements.

    A 50% reservation deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Written confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you upon verification of deposit along with the Villa Rental Agreement. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the reservation date. A security deposit of $500 USD cash will be collected upon arrival and held by the villa’s administrator until a final walk through of the property is completed, at which time the security deposit will be refunded if the property is found to be in satisfactory condition. Cancellation policy; notice of cancellation must be given at least 60 days prior to the reservation to receive a full refund of the deposit (minus a $200 USD processing fee), notice of cancellation must be given 30 days or more prior to the reservation date to receive a 50% refund of the deposit, if notice of cancellation is given within less than 30 days of the reservation date the guest will receive not receive a refund of the deposit.
