    • Each of six unique ocean view casitas offer; AC, daily maid service, 1 stunning suite (sleeps 2 adults + 2 children with air bed), 2 full bathrooms, complete kitchen, bar area, living room, dining for 4, tropical gardens, 2 ocean view terraces, shared roof-top ocean view decks with a large outdoor palapa BBQ area next to the infinity swimming pool. There are two beaches within close walking distance (200 meters), one is very secluded and the other filled with seafood restaurants and clear blue water perfect for snorkeling. Las Palmas Charming Casitas are located near the Santa Cruz Marina and shopping boardwalk.

    • The casitas are staffed with maids and grounds keepers. Our bilingual administrator drops by twice a week to help with any accommodation or translation issues. If you wish to have prepared meals, planned excursions, private massages, restaurant reservations, local information etc. we will be happy to assist with the arrangements.

    A 50% reservation deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Written confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you upon verification of deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the reservation date. A security deposit of $250 USD cash will be collected upon arrival and held by the villa’s administrator until a final walk through of the property is completed, at which time the security deposit will be refunded if the property is found to be in satisfactory condition. Cancellation policy; notice of cancellation must be given at least 60 days prior to the reservation to receive a full refund of the deposit (minus a $200 USD processing fee), notice of cancellation must be given 30 days or more prior to the reservation date to receive a 50% refund of the deposit, if notice of cancellation is given within less than 30 days of the reservation date the guest will receive not receive a refund of the deposit.
