This lovely 2 story resort home is located in the prestigious seaside community, Marina Real. Available in the community is a Marina with fuel dock, brand new public restrooms, boat ramp, boat slips and Harbor Master. The private entrance to the beach is approximately 75 yards from the house. There is a 24 hour guard and keyed gates to the neighborhood. The house has views of the ocean, Marina and surrounding mountains. The home is elegant with travertine tile, high ceilings, beautiful terraces and a spiral staircase leading to the Palapa covered rooftop deck. From here you can enjoy ocean breezes, incredible sunsets and watch the sailboats come into the bay.

The house will accommodate 8-12 guests comfortably in 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The main living area, powder room, master bedroom and full bath are located on the second floor. The great room has ocean views from the huge windows, a brick domed ceiling and tons of comfortable seating. The dining room seats 8 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar. The large kitchen has granite counter tops and ample counter and cabinet space. The laundry room is conveniently located by the kitchen and is equipped with a washer and dryer and sink. The master suite has a king sized bed, a sofa, and television, huge view windows with access to the terrace. Downstairs, off the garage you will find another master with Queen bed, private bathroom and patio doors. The other two spacious bedrooms share a large bathroom, One has a king-sized bed and the other is equipped with bunk beds and a queen sized bed. Both of these rooms also open on to the downstairs patio. The back yard is fenced and has recently been landscaped with grass, trees and Hibiscus.

San Carlos is just 41/2 hrs south of Nogales. Marina Real is on Algondones beach aka as the catch 22 beach. The Marina and beach are a short walk from our house. The region is a series of bays lined by volcanic rock formations, Kayak around the huge rock formations, explore caves and secluded beaches, see dolphins, sea lions, and seaturtles. Our bay is also a great place for skiing, wake boarding and jetskis. The water is crystal clear, you can snorkel or scuba right off the beach or book an adventure with one of the dive shops in town who also offer whale watching and deep sea fishing. There is hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking,eco tours and rentals etc. a short drive away at San Carlos Plaza. Restaurants, spas & shops line the streets of San Carlos. Visit the Dolphinario or the pearl farm at the University in Guaymas. In nearby Guaymas there is an international airport, the ferry to Baja and a new cruise ship landing.

When you email or call to reserve vacation home I will email you a rental invoice that outlines your payments and deposits. Within seven days of reserving your dates we need to recieve a security/damage deposit of $300.00 to hold your reservation. One half of your rent is due 60 days before you arrive and the remaining rent is due 14 days before you arrive. We accept payments by check or through paypal.
