Nuevo Mazatlan is a quiet area located approximately 4 km north of Mazatlan, a short 10 minute drive to amenities, including shopping, waterslide, horseback riding, restaurants, and nightclubs. Emerald Bay is known for its beautiful sandy beaches, with good beach walkng and beachcombing, along with surfing and swimming, and unbeleivable sunsets. There is very little beach traffic in this area, with no beach vendors. Mazatlan is a beautiful city, with many sites to see and activities, including markets, a golden zone, malecon, several town squares, a lighthouse, cliff divers, and old town.

this beautiful villa is located on the beach in Nuevo Mazatlan, Mexico. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and private deck. all bedrooms are located on the waterfront side of the home with panoramic views of the ocean and sandy beach. There are also two entertaining decks, containing barbeques, firepit, lounging and eating areas. The kitchen is fully outfitted with all utensils and appliances, with service suffiecient for 12 people. Two bedrooms contain queen size beds with the third bedroom containing two sets of bunkbeds, sufficient for 4. A pull out couch in the living room contains additional sleeping accomodations for two. the home also contains two televisions, complete with DVD/VCR, a Nintendo WII and NES. there is also a video and game library. Emerald Bay is located at the north end of Mazatlan, a serene and tranquil area of beautiful homes, and a very quiet swimming/surfing beach

a waterslide park is located within 2 km of the house along with horseback riding and quadriding.
