Thanks for inquiring. Our summer rates are $750 per week ($100 per night, plus a $50 cleaning-consumables replacement fee). Winter rates are $1100 per week ($150 per night, plus a $50 cleaning-consumables replacement fee). High season rates (Christmas, New Years, Easter) are $1500 per week, and monthly rentals are $2500. Discounts for long-term renters are available upon request.

For your further information ...

I spend the entire month every year working in the condo. The place has been thoroughly deep cleaned inside and out. New furniture has been bought, and new ceiling fans have been installed. The bathrooms have been updated with new cabinetry and sliding Plexiglas doors. The upholstery and curtains have all been professionally cleaned. The interior has received a fresh coat of paint, and Amy has decorated in bright pastels, with a traditional Mexican theme in the decor ... no plain white hotel walls for us!

Further, we maintain a large stockpile of every-day necessities for us, as well as our guests, such as a plentiful supply of plush bathroom towels (not just the standard four hotel-white-thin-as-a-leaf ones), his- and-hers terrycloth bath robes, high thread count linens, and all the usual cooking appliances and conveniences, with more than enough silverware, plates, dishes, cups, glasses, etc., to entertain a house full of guests, if you chose to do so.

Moreover, we constantly replenish our supply of new beach and pool towels, outdoor beach and pool games, indoor board games and puzzles, large library of paperback books, about 50 music CDs, and about 450 movies on DVD, to take advantage of the 5.1 surround sound theater in the living room. As an added bonus, we have just installed a 5.1 surround sound system in the master bedroom!

So, as you can see, our place is tailor-made for the casual, as well as long-term visitor. If I must stay here a month at a time, I need to be extremely comfortable, and I'm sure you will be as well. Feel free to contact us directly for further details.
