Take the elevator to this one bedroom condo on the fourth floor of this 103 unit nine story building. Everyone speaks English. The facilities are great from a quaint restaurant with inexpensive delicious food and drinks to Mexican hospitality that you won't forget. The bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably with two new queen sized beds, but if you are planning on more people in your party, an additional $4.00 per person per day will be required. A futon is also available. The view from this condo's deck is unbelievable. You're a stone's throw from the ocean. The white sandy beach in front of this condo is pristine and very clean. The kitchen has all that is needed to stay comfortably. There is a large refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, mixer, coffee pot, toaster oven, plates and utensils, and iron and ironing board. The staff and guests at this facility are all very friendly and helpful. You'll love the new heated pool and hot tub or just take a dip in the ocean in front of you. High speed wireless internet and a Vonage phone are also available. Monthly rates are available at a reduced rate. Reserve now for 2009 and 2010. Don't be disappointed, book early.

Mazatlan is the largest, small city that you'll ever visit. There is a fantastic night life with great historic restaurants and bars. The beaches are very clean and the facilities at LaMarina Yacht & Tennis Club are top notch. The condo is just far enough away to not get most of the vendors bugging you while sitting on the 200 feet of beachfront.
