This incredible condo has USA made furnishings for comfort you're use to and is located on the ground floor just 50 ft. from the pool. Features include granite counter tops, large flat screen TV with DVD player, washer and dryer, 2 luxurious bathrooms and one small bath, large covered patio with privacy/safety gate for your smaller children or dog. Each bedroom has it's own remote control for A/C confort and ceiling fans. This property is wonderful for the golfer or tennis player wanting to be within a 5 minute walk to the beach and 150 ft away from the El Cid Golf Pro Shop. El Cid Golf Resort has 27 holes of golf to play and numerous lighted tennis courts. Our condo is on the main floor and just 1 1/2 blocks from the popular NEW "Senior Frogs" and three blocks from "Gus Gus". There are over 30 restaurants within a half mile. You'll appreciate the gated El Cid Tenerife Condos 24/7 security. ONE SMALL DOG UNDER 14 lb.IS OKAY! Sorry NO CATS!  
 
You can take the bus or polmonia taxi to buy your groceries and sight see. You'll really love the fact that you're within easy walking distance to some of Mazatlan's most popular restaurants. You're within two blocks of the "Golden Zone", but without the noise and fast traffic buzzing by. This is where you want to be in Mazatlan. Past renters are already scheduling their return visits.     • All of the furniture very nice and brought from the USA. There are no hard beds and couches in this condo. You will love the comfort and luxurious interior. There are lots of dishes and table settings for 8 people. You don't even have to bring your hair dryer or blender to this condo. We have three boogy boards, and three swimming pool water floaters you may use while there. There is one right hand and one left hand golf club set in the condo for your use. Everything most of us have in our own home is here for you to use. The condo even has a child playpen and a high chair. You may bring one dog as long as it is under 14 lbs., sorry NO CATS! You must pickup after the dog when walking out6side in the condo common area. There is a BBQ at the community polapa that you may use if it is available. The polapa and BBQ must be reserved at the condo office.

    • Our condo is within 150 ft of the El Cid golf pro shop and the tennis courts. Fees for golf and tennis must be paid to El Cid at the time you use them. The Tenerife gym is within 40 ft of our patio next to the Tenerife Condo office and has great equipment. The pool, hot tub and BBQ may be used from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. The polapa and BBQ require a reservation. The beach is within 1 1/2 blocks and has concessions for renting horses, deep sea fishing, sailing, parasailing; jet skiing, snorkeling, kayaking, surf board and banana boat rides. Three is a small zoo near the El Cid golf course too. There are also two water parks within 3 miles of our condo. You may enjoy the Mazatlan aquarium or tours of the Tequila Factory and country tours. 
     
    The Renter information book inside our condo has our favorite restaurants, bars, grocery stores, sight seeing places like the cliff divers and the best days and time to best see them.

    Payment of 50% deposit is to be made at the time the reservation is made. The remaining 50% is to be paid 30 days before your arrival date. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, $500.00 of the deposit will be non-refundable. Payment must be made by cashier check or money order only.
