Tiara Sands is located on tne southern end of Cerritos beach near the Marina El Cid and is a short distance from the Golden Zone tourist area to the south, from Mazlatlan's famous Malecon (Boardwalk) and from the El Centro Historic area. Mazatlan is a vibrant city undergoing a renissance like renewal and Tiara Sands is a Beautiful part of that. The complex is right on the beach in a quite area but near all desired services and night life. The Unit is roomy, has a great ocean and sunset view deck and has been professionally decorated in a Mexican theme. You won< be disappointed.

    • The unit is upscale and fully furnished with SS appliances and new, quality furniture including upper end Mattresses. Maid service, airport pickup, money exchange and shopping services are available for a low cost. There is great public bus services and reasonably prices taxi service avaiable. Seldom is a rental car needed or desirable. The comman areas include a 2nd floor mezzanine and terrace with early morning sun; a large and long swimming pool, hot tub and kiddie pool on the large oceanfacing sun deck outside the classy 1st floor looby area. The complex is conducive to meetin other residents and has a friendly and warm ambiance And the SUNSETS----worth the price and journey by themseleves.

July-Oct rates maybe reduced substaintally with the renter payin the electricity to foster conservation. Christmas, Carnivale,Spring Break and Easter week are extremely busy and run $1200/wk for one to two week stays unless still available as last minute bookings, which appears unlikey but could happen. 4
