Our new condo is a deluxe suite on the 6 Th. Floor overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean, complete furnished, has two rooms, two bathrooms (one with a tub and a view of the ocean). The master suite has one king size bed, walk in closet,fan and sliding door to balcony.The other room has two twin beds, the laundry room has a washer and dryer and a futon.
The kitchen has filtered water, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven dishes appliances, glasses cookware and utensils needed to dine in if you choose, or enjoy one of the many restaurants nearby.The living room has a big L shape sofa and a TV. The dining room has a beautiful table with a room for a 6 people. The balcony has a spectacular view of the ocean and you can enjoy the amazing sunsets from there.
The condo is located in "Las Gavias" a exclusive complex on El Malecon with almost everything a short walk away. "Las Gavias" offers big resort amenities in a small and intimate environment. on site elevator, concierge service, huge pool, kids pool, fitness center and sauna, beach umbrellas, 24 hrs. security, multimedia room with access to internet, under ground parking, raquetball, pin pon and hockey table, private under ground tunnel to the beach,

Low Season$795- High Season $895/week . $2795/month with $300 Security/damage deposit is refunded within 30 days after departure only if the unit is left in good condition (no damage, no missing items)and No Smoking inside has occurred. When you return home please contact us just to make sure you are back and we will refund your deposit if everything look OK. CANCELLATIONS This condo is especially reserved for you, so in case of cancellation the monies will not be return. Or will be return if you find somebody that takes your reserved days. We are sorry but refunds are not available for early check-out. Payments Full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Personal checks (only US), Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, All Credit cards accepted through Paypal and a 5 % Fee is added to US payments and a 8 % added to other countries payments.
