The condo is newly completed and available for rental December, 2007. It is substantial in size with two bedrooms each with their own baths and an additional 1/2 bath. It is fully furnished with a spectacular view of the ocean. You can view the beautiful pool as you listen to the surf from the balcony furnished with table, chairs and chaise.

One of the top 20 golf courses in Mexico is right outside your back door. Robert Trent Jones Jr. built this course in 1996 when the resort was first developed. It is the finest course in Mazatlan. Winding through the resort every hole has an ocean view. The course is immaculate and yet reasonable to play. Have fun and enjoy playing this challenging golf course.

The condo has two bedrooms and two baths. A queen bed in the master and double with twin trundle in the 2nd bedroom. The weekly rate is as follows: $1,100 per week or $175 per night taxes included. No pets and no smoking in the condo. $500 Deposit at time of reservation. Rental fee paid in full 2 weeks prior to arrival. Cancelation is required 30 days in advance for 50% refund, 14 days for 25% refund and 1 week for 10% refund.
