The unit is a large 1500 sq. ft. fully equipped, oceanfront condo. It is on the 2nd floor of a quiet 100 unit condominium building that is located right next to the Marina, just north of the golden zone in Mazatlan. It is on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have queen beds as well as a futon. There are two balconies, both of which face the ocean where you can watch the waves, and beautiful sunsets. The condominium building has all the amenities – restaurant, lobby bar, convenience store, laundry facilities, front desk, tennis court, swimming pool, high speed internet and several garden sitting areas as well as an ocean terrace. Taxi service is right outside the door and bus service is ½ block away.
