From every room in the house you can see the amazing sunsets and sunrises._You can hear and see the various birds and hear the distant crash of the ocean._All the windows in the house are designed in a way that they completely fold away to the walls so you feel like you are sitting outside.
We hope you enjoy our house as much as we have enjoyed building it step by step with comfort and tranquility in mind. Our house is perfect for a couple who wants to relax and yet be in touch. Or a family who want to spend the time together and yet have some privacy.
The structure consists of TWO units on three levels:
The MAIN UNIT, MAGIA 1: On the top level, the Palapa Room is where the living, dining and the kitchen areas are located plus two amazing terraces. The kitchen is fully appointed for your preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner.
For your convenience we have created a bathroom with a shower on this level.
A staircase will take you down to the lower level. On this level you find the very spacious Master Suite with 10 foot high ceilings and the master bathroom. They both open to a spacious terrace.
Across the staircase on the same level there is the second bedroom.
Occupancy - 4 people
*** This set-up can also be rented with only the master bedroom and 2 bathrooms.

The GUEST UNIT, MAGIA 2: Going down the stairs one more level brings you to the GUEST UNIT. This is a magnificent extension of the MAIN UNIT and yet completely self contained on the lowest level of the three level house._It consists of a very spacious bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, surrounded by terraces and a separate kitchen across from the staircase, with a sitting area on a spacious terrace. There is also a very large wood deck in front of the whole GUEST UNIT.

***This set-up can be rented with the MAIN UNIT, MAGIA 1 or on its own.

Both Units have access to the most beautiful 40 foot-long pool in Sayulita with amazing views and a deck for sun bathing. Relax and enjoy the quiet and the gorgeous views from a hammock. The surroundings are lush with many palm trees, local fauna and colorful flowers.

    • With the beautiful beaches and the constant surf conditions, Sayulita is the place to take advantage of all activities beach related. Long hikes along secluded beaches are the best pass time activity. Horse riding is available on the beach as well as ATV riding.

    Please e-mail for availability. - 20% added for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year & Easter periods - 50% for confirmation of reservation, balance due 45 days prior to arrival - Credit Card information is required for security deposit - Rates are subject to change prior to confirmation Reservations: All rentals are subject to a $250 refundable security deposit. This deposit will be refunded in full 2 weeks after departure less any damages to the property. All reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total rent due to guarentee reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of reservations 60 days prior to arrival date we will give total refund on rental less $200.00 USD transaction fee. After 60 days no refund unless property is re rented at an equal rate. If re rented, we will give a total refund less: 1. difference, if rented for less 2. $200.00 USD transaction fee.
