Casa Las Palmas West is a spectacularly luxurious home designed by renowned architect Pepe de Iturbe, who built the Westin Regina resorts in Puerto Vallarta and Los Cabos. This very private homesite estate is on the beach in the exclusive community of Ranchos Estates, Punta Mita. The villa has a direct view to the Marietas Islands. To the right, Playa Punta de Mita stretches to the point of the peninsula of the Punta Mita Resort, which features the Four Seasons Resort, Punta Mita and soon the St. Regis resort. To the left is Puerto Vallarta in the distance set against the Sierra Occidente that rings the Bay of Banderas.  
 
Casa Las Palmas West has a spectacular pool emanating from the hot tub in the middle of a palm tree lined courtyard, winding through the living room out to the spacious back yard patio area. The great room, while open, extravagant and modern, is a uniquely warm and comfortable living space. By day, the massive colorful walls reflect a rainbow of sunlight across the courtyard grid of palms. At night, the open spaces are dimmed in rich amber light as your eye follows the deep blue glow of the long pool through the house.  
 
The house comes fully staffed with a houseman, cook (breakfast and lunch) and housekeeper. The staff makes sure all your needs are fulfilled. For activities and other arrangements, guests have full access to our concierge service.
