unless Mita Residential is able to rent the subject period for the dates that are cancelled
In case of a new rent a 20 % charge over the total rental sum will be charged as a penalty
and therefore is non-refundable.
All cancellations will be subject to a penalty charge of 20 % of the total rental sum
