Carmelita en la Playa is a beautifully decorated condominium in the newly completed Faro de Mita complex in the quaint Mexican town of Punta de Mita. Here you will find all the amenities to keep you relaxed and comfortable with access to activities to keep you busy for weeks.

Relax on the beach at one of the many restaurants while they cater to your requests. Try a different restaurant every night just steps from the complex. They all have distinct menus and personalities. Traditional Mexican food, lobster, Italian, pizza, or sushi can all be found within a two minute walk. We keep several menus in the unit for you to inspect for yourself.

Our unit features:
Master bedroom with king sized bed, private bath with large walk in shower, two closets and plenty more storage. TV, DVD, satellite, wireless DSL and Vonage so your boss or employees will not know you left town.

Guest room with two twin beds that can be put together to make a king sized bed, large closets and storage. Hall bath with large walk in shower. Laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board to keep you looking good. Kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, 6 burner stove and large oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with filtered ice and water, island cabinets with eat at counter and stools. Dining room table adjacent where you can sit and see the bay.

As our daughters are in need of more space. We added a twin bed in the large laundry room to more than statisfy the privacy needs of a teenager. With a tasteful decor a canopy over the bed it is very comfortable room.

Living room with comfortable couch and chairs, 43 inch TV with Satellite, DVD and awesome view.

From the terrace you over look the large pool, palapa, expansive grounds, while watching the surfers, whales and see all the way to the south end of Bandaras Bay. The terrace has a table with patio chairs and 2 lounge chairs with another table. It is private enough to get a great full tan with the afternoon sun.

When selecting where you want to stay in Punta de Mita, look carefully at where you are located. You don't want to stay in an outdated unit or complex. Faro de Mita complex is new. Our unit, Carmelita en la Playa has all new furniture, beds, appliances, bathrooms and is wonderfully decorated.

Bay Views: Private and secure walkway to beach and main surfing beach. Walkway can also take you to the town malicon.

Enjoy meeting the owners of the many great restaurants on the beach adjacent to the Faro de Mita property.

Zip lines nearby, access to surfing from private walkway to beach, watch surfers from terrace, private trips to Marietas Islands, snorkel through cave to beach inside the island, whale watch from terrace or up close from boats, scuba available, or just relax at the huge infinity pool.

Balcony: 2 lounge chairs with table and pair of deck chairs with table to relax, get some sun or enjoy the view overlooking the infinity pool and Baneras Bay.

Rental Rates

				High Season Price:	$200 per Day

Low Season ... May 01-Oct 31 ............. $150/night. High Season .. Nov 01-Apr 30 ............. $200/night. Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years/Easter .. $250/night. Contact us by e-mail or toll free telephone number to confirm dates Fill out the Rental and Security Deposit Agreement and return via fax within 7 days. 50% of the rental fee plus a $20.00 cleaning fee and the refundable security deposit within the same 7 days to confirm your reservation. If reservation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of rental fee and security deposit are due within 7 days. The reservation is subject to cancellation if payment is not received on time. A confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail upon receipt of the deposits and signed rental agreement. Send the balance of rental payment prior to 60 days before rental period. A receipt for the final payment will be sent to you by e-mail with your final confirmation.

Just wanted you to know we had a great time in Mexico. Wonderful whale watching from trimaran, & your porch. Barbara took good care of us with transportation. Had exciting trip getting home spent one night at Denver Airport ( 8-10 inches snow) finally got home 1 day late. Thanks again for letting us use your condo.
