Right now I have 4 Studios available...One is for Jan 29th Feb 5th..these units sleep 2 adults and 2 children under 12...They are very Luxurious, not a typical Hotel Unit....3 other studios not yet dated...call for availability
Very spacious...Rent is $850..These units are at the NEW GRAND BLISS and include the free golf..2 rounds per unit with the studio unit...plus other amenities mentioned below.

We have other units available at the New Grand Bliss (next door - opening in Nov 2010)and at the Grand Mayan..Some units have free golf..This includes Green fees and 1 Golf Cart per Unit. FREE Driving Range Priviledges and FREE Use of the Spa Facilities and Gym. For the Tennis Lovers there is FREE use of the Tennis Courts, but Nighttime Illuminatin is Extra. Also Free Internet in the room...

Several Restaurants are on site with many Theme Nights (Mexican Fiesta on the Beach is wonderful). There is a World Class Spa, Mini Market and Train which rides throughout the complex. On the beach are Palapas (shaded huts) provided for guests along with lounge chairs, again free of charge.

There are many Excursions you can book at the Concierge's desk including the popular ZIPLINE, snorkling and other tourist attractions.

King Bed, Double Bed, Convertible Bed,Jetted Tub in Bath,Balcony,Telephone. There are heated connecting swimming pools, kiddie pools, wave pool and a lazy river which is really fun for all. Tubes are provided free of charge.

A Five minute cab ride away is the Paradise Plaza which has more than 100 shops and many Restaurants including McDonalds, Dominos and Subway.Twenty minutes by bus or cab is the famous Marina which features about 30 more Restaurants. Downtown is approximately a 30 minute drive, you can also get there by water taxi. Its a great walk in town along the beachfront, you will find a Flea Market, many night spots and Restaurants.
