Vacation Rental Description
Villa Magna condominium complex has three beautiful swimming pools and two of them are heated/Olimpic sized.  
There are several restaurants at Villa Magna Complex condo and activities you can take part in. There also is a favorite little spot just 1/4 mile north walking along the beach name ETC. They have the best fried shrimp dinners and fish for around $10 US dollars. 
Our condo is located on the 8th floor with breath taken views from all of the rooms and the best views are from the very large balcony overlooking the pools,the ocean and the mountains. This luxury 3 bedroom 3 bath condo sleeps 6 people comfortably. Very well equipped home away from home with all of the modern features/conviences such as granite counter tops and back splashes,stainless steel appliances,washer/dryer...jetted tub and walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Very large balcony for your dining and relaxation also a large propane gas Barbeque/grill unit. 
Walk down the stairs or take the elevators to the pools or walk right onto the beach and to the ocean. 
The beaches at Nuevo Vallarta stretch approximatly 3 miles long. You can walk out a long ways into the water and it comes only up to your waist.. Grab the boogy boards and enjoy the waves,or go out deeper and scuba dive. In Nuevo Vallarta you also can golf,fish,jet ski and hang glide or just vege under the palapas. 
The complex is gated and guarded 24 hours a day for your security and enjoyment. 
 
Take the public bus/the shuttle or taxi to go to Paradise village about 5 minutes away to over 100 shops/restaurants/grocery store and the kids can get a glimpse at the small zoo with lions,monkeys etc.You can take the bus or taxi and go to Wal-Mart,Sam's Club or Costco so bring your membership cards. The most wonderful attraction is Puerto Vallarta's night life down-town. There is so many things to do like sight seeing,boating,jet-skiing, fishing,dining,dancing,golfing and of course shopping;what ever you heart desires.  
 
My family have been going to Puerto Vallarta for 20 years and we just can not stay away from this vacation spot in Mexico. We always plan to go somewhere else but the unaminous decision is let's go back to PV. We love it!!!

    $250 US dollars is requiered for reserving the condo and the same $250 US dollars is used as a damage deposit. $50 dollars cleaning fee reqired for the cleaning lady to clean the condo before arrival and when you leave. When you rent 7 nights we will charge you only for 5 nights accept December 1st through January 2nd. Minimume stay is 3 days only. Ask for monthly rent discounts.
