Our penthouse beachfront condo is on the beautiful Flamingos beach in Nuevo Vallarta. Recently renovated with beautiful marble floors with riverstone inlay and a custom kitchen with granite countertops, you're sure to feel relaxed and pampered. The three bedrooms each have a full ensuite, 2 are oceanfront so you can listen to the waves lull you to sleep. All bedrooms and living areas are air conditioned, but why not let the gentle evening breeze keep you cool at night. Laundry facilities are available in our fourth bedroom, also storage for boards and bikes. Lots of room for entertaining at the kitchen bar, or dining table which seats 8, or dine outside and enjoy morning coffee in the welcoming Mexican sun. The terrace is oceanfront with a beautiful view of Banderas Bay; be sure to keep the binoculars handy for spotting dolphins and whales. We have free wifi, also a flatscreen TV with a DVD player and selection of movies, or keep in touch with home with Shaw Direct satellite TV. Relax by one of 3 pools, or under a beach palapa. Have breakfast or a snack at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. If you're ambitious, take out the boogie boards or kayaks, or bike into nearby Bucerias and check out the town square and market as well as the many wonderful restaurants offering a complete range of tastes. We are only a 15 minute ride from the airport and Puerto Vallarta which means checking out the sights is easy to do. There is a new huge Mega store 5 minutes away to find everything you may need in the way of groceries and personal items.
