The Villa at Quinta del Encanto has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 complete kitchens. There are various terraces and balconies including a roof top terrace overlooking the Riviera Nayarit Marina, Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta. The Villa has three separate entrances creating Casa Alegre, a 2 bedroom residence, Casita Amanecer, a 1 bedroom residence and Casita Chiquita, a 1 bedroom studio that adds an additional bedroom to either prior residence. Or combined, enjoy a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa lifestyle with maid service daily except Sundays.
The Villa is comprised of a variety of residential accommodations; each quite private, commanding an incredible bay and coastline view. Each overlooks the Venetian-tiled pool: its fountains and flowing waters create an atmosphere not experienced by most! The Villa is staffed with a houseman, maid, and gardener. For your convenience the maid cheerfully serves breakfast, if you desire
While sitting on the terraces of the Villa, you can see the beaches of Bucerias, the coastline of Nuevo Vallarta, the coastal resort of Puerto Vallarta, and the Bahia de Banderas. A taxi zone is available minutes away. The local beaches, marina and village are a delightful five minute stroll. The aqua lagoons and coral-sand surfing beaches of the Bahia de Banderas coastline on the Riviera Nayarit can be viewed on route to Punta de Mita, within 15 minutes from the Villa.
Casa Alegre
A delightful two-bedroom with queen beds, two-bathroom, three-story Villa with a large living room and dining room opening directly to a bay and sunrise view terrace. The Villa has terraces off the bedrooms and a 360-degree view roof terrace. The main terrace has a curving staircase that descends to the Venetian-tiled pool. The bedrooms are air conditioned for your comfort. All main rooms have ceiling fans. This house may be rented with "Casita Amanecer" or "Casita Chiquita". Consult us for a special combined rate. Peaceful afternoons can be spent cat napping on the balcony or relaxing by the pool.
Casita Amanecer
A cozy one bedroom with Queen bed, one-bathroom apartment with a complete kitchen that overlooks a bay view patio and Venetian-tiled pool. The residence may be rented with "Casa Alegre" or "Casita Chiquita". Consult us for a special combined rate.
Casita Chiquita
A perfect guest room with a standard bed and private bath that includes a convenience wet bar and a pool and bay view patio. The pool is a few steps away from this wonderful hideaway. This unit may be rented with "Casa Alegre" or "Casita Amanecer". Consult us for a special combined rate.

La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is a peaceful fishing village with a 500-foot-long beach. In recent years it has become home to musicians and artists drawn to its serenity. A morning stroll to the harbor will allow you to purchase fresh fish at the open air market as the fishermen unload their boats, or watch as the local restaurants buy the evening's "catch of the day." Arrangements can be made at the Villa to have your seafood selections prepared in the Mexican style or prepare a culinary feast in the Villa's gourmet kitchen yourself. Riviera Nayarit Marina, a new world class marina has been constructed at La Cruz as part of the nautical step of the Pacific coastline.
