Welcome to our brand-"new" condo in Nuevo Vallarta at Villa Magna. Our condo has all the best deluxe furnishings! We are right on the beach with an incredible ocean view! The condo has:
- 2 bedrooms and a den.
- King-size bedroom with bathroom and jetted soaker tub that looks right out onto our master ocean balcony.
- Queen bedroom with its own bathroom.
- Den with a deluxe Futon bed and its own bathroom.
All bedrooms have 400 thread count sheets and duvets for comfort. Both sofa and loveseat have pullouts also with duvets.
Sky Satellite in living room and master bedroom with d.v.d.'s !
Full internet hook up-just bring your lap top and patch cable! Also wireless available
Kitchen fully equipped, microwave, stove, dish washer, and cooking supplies, washer/dryer/cleaning supplies, boogie boards, movies, games and DVDs on TVs.
Décor is very tasteful and modern,
Ultrasuede furniture, couch and lounger and loveseat, wool carpets, glass top dining table, parsons chairs and bar stools.
We are in a private gated community, 24 hour security, English speaking manager and housekeepers, private beach. Ten-15 minute walk along the beach to Paradise Village hotel. Ten minutes from our other condo at Playa Royale, minutes walk to Paradise Village Plaza with: grocery stores, liquor store, banks, restaurants, shopping, doctors and medical 24 hours.
Taxi's waiting just steps away.
Also: Paradise Village marina with sail boats, snorkeling and fishing tours and water taxi to Old town downtown. 15 minutes to airport and 20 minutes to downtown by taxi.
Our swimming pool is an infinity pool - beautiful and great for floating or swimming, it looks as if it rolls right into the ocean! Private beach, beach chairs and palapas!
Step out onto the most beautiful beach in the Bay of Banderas: flat beach for walking over two and a half miles; you can walk all the way to Bucerias/La Cruz!
Perfect for swimming, and boogie boarding.

1600 square foot 2 bedroom condo plus a single bed Futon and two pull out couches wireless and plug in internet available Air conditioning 2 televisions with SKY satellite ( Living room t.v. is a 42" Plasma flat screen with satellite DVD player/movies, and games top of the line refridgerator, dishwasher, stove top, microwave and oven fully equipped kitchen amenities washer and dryer Serta king size bed with a beautiful brocade duvet Serta queen size bed also with a beautiful duvet Futon bed with duvet for comfort(den) and... two pull our couches ( Dbl & single) "our couches are suede- with great accessories- lots of pillows and best of all the couch is a sleeper with a "lounge built right in" 3 full bathrooms, hairdryer, thick bath towels,etc..
Activities
The view is incredible.. 6th floor: full ocean and sunset views, looking over the pool, Banderous Bay, and Bucerias Very large comfortable balcony. " On Thursday nights the Club Marival next door has a Mexican Fiesta and we get to watch the full fireworks right off our balcony" Large exterior deck with tables and chairs and loungersActivities and Attractions
