This is a self contained three bedroom fully furnished home. For your peace of mind there is a security system and an electronic safe for your documents and valuables. There are two pay as go cell phones for your use.The house is equipped with a full size fridge, stove, microwave oven, automatic coffee maker, dishes and cutlery. In other words a loaded kitchen. There is a full size gas BBQ just off the kitchen. 
Comfortable living room with leather furniture and Satellite Tv, DVD player including assorted movies in our movie library. The backyard courtyard has a six foot shaded awning area and cozy dining nook and closed in for your privacy. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and a private balcony. One of the other bedrooms has a double bed while the third has two singles that can be combined to make a king size. An interior staircase gives to access the rooftop third floor, for a great view of the Ocean and the surrounding mountains. On the third floor there is a private tanning area, as well as an open arched brick structure that provides comfort and a great entertainment area. There is also a three foot deep plunge pool for cooling dips. The structure is equipped with a ceiling fan, fridge, counter space and a washroom/shower facility. The house is located in a gated community with 24/7 security. There is a several parks and a playground with basketball/soccer courts and a walking/running track. The ocean front and great beaches are within a ten minute walk, as well as a local market/merchants, restaurants and streetside eateries. Bucerias is in the heart of the Riviera Nayarit, Mexico's west cost vacationers playground with snorkeling and scuba diving, swimming with the dolphins, zip lining in the mountains and wonderful beaches.

For your comfort, there is a portable window air conditional available for a small fee. There is ample parking space in front of the building. Cleaning service is provided twice a week which include changing of beddings and linens. Daily maid/cooking services may be arranged at an additional cost.
