The fully equipped kitchen is complete with full-size side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. There is a new Weber gas barbeque grill on the rear patio, just steps from the kitchen. Condo del Mar is equipped with a superior water purification system.
Luxurious Condo del Mar is located just a short stroll from the town plaza where you will find seafood markets, fruit and vegetable shops, variety stores, pharmacies, doctors and a dentist, as well as more than twenty five good restaurants! From this convenient oceanfront location you can walk everywhere in Bucerias. The bus is just a short block away and offers frequent service to all points in the Bay. Bucerias is also serviced by local taxis and there is secured parking in the complex if you choose to rent a car.
