This luxurious 6 bedroom beach front villa is perfect for family get togethers or just friends wanting to enjoy their privacy as well as corporate meetings. The villa has an elevator for handicapped accessability. There is a full staff of 4 to grocery shop and prepare and serve three meals a day as well as bartend and clean the villa. You will have a private heated infinity pool and jacuzzi. There are 3 TV's as well and DVD and CD player and a meadia room/office with wireless internet service throughout the villa. For the ultimate vacation and pampering you deserve, come to Villa Carmen just 5 minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

    		  Low Season Price: $1,472 per Day
      High Season Price: $1,840 per Day
         

    A 50% deposit in the form of a certified cashiers check in US currancy is due within 7 days of request to confirm your booking. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation and Refunds-In the event of a cancellation outside of 61 days prior to arrival date after the deposit is received, this becomes a non refundable booking unless the villa can be re rented for the exact same dates that are canceled, at which time you will receive a refund and there will be a $1000.00 facilitating fee charged. If canceled 60 days or less prior to travel date, the total amount paid will be forfeited. All Holiday reservation/booking deposits/payments are non-refundable. This includes Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter week. Not covered by rental rate: Cost of food, beverages and tipping of the staff. A $1000.00 refundable security security deposit due with final payment. Must sign terms and conditions contract.
