Vacation Rental Description
Located only a short twenty minute cab ride, north of Puerto Vallarta's city center, in the beach town of Bucerias. Our new, authentically built townhouse, provides the perfect atmosphere for a quiet and relaxing vacation, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Letting you take advantage of the clean, unspoiled and uncluttered beaches of Banderas Bay.  
 
Our townhouse is located two blocks away from a gorgeous beach and features two air conditioned bedrooms, with a king and a queen size bed, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, that includes a microwave, full sized refrigerator, gas stove, toaster, coffee maker, blender, juicer, dishes, cutlery and more. The living room includes a television, with both a Mexican and an American DVD player, a stereo, air conditioner, fans and a pull out couch. We have our own filtration system, assuring guests of a clean water supply, for bathing and cooking. In addition, bottled drinking water is supplied during your stay. 
 
Beach gear such as beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, wake boards/boogie boards, an inflatable boat, umbrellas and a hairdryer are supplied for your enjoyment and use. We also supply a four person tent for those who want to go camping in the surf town of Sayulita.  
 
Bus stops and taxi services are located only a block away, for cheap and easy transportation, to Puerto Vallarta and surrounding towns. Gift shops, money exchanges, convenience stores and spas can be found a block away as well.  
 
Hungry and too relaxed to cook on your vacation? No problem! Breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks are served daily, at nearby beachfront restaurants, that can be comfortably walked to, in about five minutes. Want to make your own food? The local market is only blocks away, and they sell fresh sea food, fruits and vegetables daily, or you can hop on by to the nearby Wal-Mart or Sam’s club and do your groceries there.  
 
What is there to do? There is bull-fighting every Wednesday, live outdoor theater shows, cruises, jungle tours, canopy rides, ATVing, deep sea fishing, whale watching, art exhibits, nightclubs, shopping, outdoor movie theaters, and many more activities that are on-site or nearby.

    From May 1- October 31: $450/ week, $700/2 weeks, $1200/month From November 1-April 30: $600/week, $900/2 weeks, $ 1600/month From December 1-January 30: $ 650/week, $1300/2 weeks, $2300/ month Deposit Requirements: We require half of the total rental money as a deposit to hold your place. We need the second installment at least one month before departure. Cancellation Policy: The deposit will be returned in full, if cancellation is made at least one month prior to rental date. Accepted Payment Methods: Certified Cheque, Money Order & Wired Money Transfer.
