The unit is located in a charming 24 unit Mexican style complex. You can walk easily into town either on the beach route or by taking Calle Santa Barbara - millionaires row (some maps furnished). Town is a short 10 minute walk away. The condo is located in an area where you have all the conveniences of the city without the accompanying noise, beach vendors and overcrowding of the city beach. There are two terraces - one outside the master bath and the other adjoining the living area which is also used for outside dining. The condo is situated by the pool and garden area of the enclosed courtyard. The views from the condo are of the water and beach and are magnificent. The views from the beach are of PV and at night of all the lights - just beautiful.
