Our Fabulous condo, located directly on the beach, and only a five minute bus ride to towm, answers to everyone's desires, great swimming,Sound of ocean waves to lull you to sleep, close to town but far enough away to enjoy the quiet and peace you may need after a full day at all the nearby attractions. Located 2-3 miles South is Mismaloya, a tourist area where you can enjoy more beaches, rent or hire boats and various other water activity items, this side of town you will find a beautiful botanical garden, the Zoo, canopy rides, waterfalls, restaurants, hikes thru' the jungle and more. To the North you have the main centre of town, activity never stops, the Beatiful Malecon( promenade) is a constant entertainment area.Over a thousand restaurants, but if you like to cook you will find the condo offers you a wonderfully furnished kitchen with everything you would need. Decorated in Mexican colors, air conditioning in all rooms, a balcony across the front, overlooking the pool ocean and beach, just waiting for you to sit and absorb the incredible sunsets, or watch the whales play.Two large bedrooms, master is "en suite" and has a king size bed with pillow top mattress, second bedroom has two full size beds and is adjacent to second Bathroom,800 thread count linens to add to your comfort. 
:Dining area: seats 6, all mexican decor. 
:Living area: There are two couches( not for sleeping) and two armchairs.  
:Wireless internet. 
:Laundry, washer and dryer in unit off kitchen. 
:Breakfast bar between dining area and Kitchen. 
:Balcony: The perfect place for your casual meals, the round table will accomodate 4 people.vendors 
:View: What can one say- awesome, fabulous,city lights,cruise ships, whale pods,fireworks. 
:Beach:Beautiful, almost private due to tidal changes cutting of the vendors access, a couple get thru' once in a  
while. Off season(June-Oct) the beach is much bigger due to the tidal changes,the pictures on this site were  
taken in May. 
: Maid service twice weekly. 
:Our very cordial bi-lingual office staff will help you in any way possible, the building has 24hr security and a  
parking area. 
We limit the number of people to four and prefer that our guests are not younger than 8 years of age. 
There is absolutely no smoking allowed in this condo.

    • Various establishments offer many other " to do " things, ie canopy ride, dinner cruises, para sailing, bungee jumping, art walks, scuba diving, snokeling, four wheeling. I give you an activity list which offers you a lot of info, there is just so much to do. A week here is just not enough time, you relly need 10 days at a minimum.

      High Season Price: $1,155 per Week
         

    High Season from Nov 15th-May 15th $165.00 per night Lo season From May 15th-Nov 15th $125.00 per night. December From Dec 20th-Jan 6th $225.00 per night. Monthly hi season rate $3800.00 Monthly lo season rate $2500.00. 30% of payment due at time of booking, balance due 60 days prior to occupying. In case of cancellation a 100% will be applied to a future booking if notice is given before the 60 day final payment.If cancellation is after the 60 days then it will be 100% forfeited unless I am able to get another equal booking, in which case you would receive 50% of money's paid.
