Jon, Carly, Tessa & Owen -
Date of Stay: November 6, 2010. We had a great time in beautiful Puerto Vallarta. We stayed in the condo for a month with our two young children and it was fantastic. Very well equiiped and surprisingly quiet. We took the bus everywhere and it was perfect. 6.5 pesos (about 50 cents) per person so you can't complain and the price! We enjoyed the pirate tour and the fireworks at 10 pm every night. There are Soriana (big grocery) stores in either directin (the one on the way to PV is closer) Just watch out for the time share people at the one by the marina. The place is crawling with them! There is also a WalMart across from the marina (10-15 minute walk). Make sure you check out old Puerto Vallarta. It is really worth the trip. Overall, we are going to miss this place, especially the sound of the ocean at night! Jon Thanks for the great well equipped apartment. We used the binoculars daily as there is lots going on on the beach and in the ocean. Every week we saw dolphins chasing bait and playing in front of the hotel. The staff here was friendly and very helpful. Arturo, from the bell hop station, was always friendly and gave great advice. The Kid's club for our 4 yr old was awesome. The lady running it always had great craft projects for kids to do. Fernanco in the green and yellow striped panga provided a great fishing trip and worked really hard to get us into some fish - we even hooked and played a giant marlin but it was too big and I lacked the skill to land it. For a fishing trip I definitely recommend a 4 hour trip to snorkel and picnic at one of the beaches north of Puerto Vallarta and you can troll a line with a good chance of catching dinner. If you enjoy volleyball there is never a problem finding a game somewhere on the beach. Don't forget to ask for your 15% discount on hotel services - this applies to All Inclusive rates which we enjoyed for the last two days. The food buffet provides lots of variety and great quality. We love your place & Puerto Vallarta! Carly

Don, Kelly & kids -
Date of Stay: December 20, 2010. We had a wonderful time in P.V. Wow, your condo has an amazing view from the deck. Every morning, we'd pour ourselves a cup of coffee then head out onto the deck and enjoy all that was before us! Thanks for sharing your little spot of paradise with us. The condo worked out perfectly for us and we enjoyed all that the Holiday Inn provided esp. the volleyball court on the beach. The four of us spent countless hours trying to make Canada proud! We had a wonderful time and we truly appreciated the how hassel-free this whole thing was being that we were first-time condo renters.

Awesome trip to PV!! Beautiful views from the balcony. The malecon at night is spectacular - highly recommended! Live entertainment and street vendors. Andales is also highly recommended - all Americans, great music, great atmosphere. Pipi's is an amazing place to eat and drink margaritas. Friendly staff and live music. The Holiday Inn staff is fantastic - make friends with Enrique, the waiter by the pool. He will take care of you. Juan on the beach is the guy to see if you want to do any activities. We went on a catamaran day trip that was awesome! Excellent vacation - hope to be back soon!! Jane Annie & Cindy
Mike and Betty Schmitt are long time residents of St. Cloud, Minnesota. We enjoy fishing on nearby Clearwater Lake in the summer and are involved with the local antique car club and Lions Club. We also enjoy evening cruises in our '69 mustang.
We vacationed in Puerto Vallarta just one time and fell in love with this beautiful city, walks on the beach and its very friendly people.
We love to eat some of our own meals on the balcony and go out to one of the many fabulous restaurants on other days. A large grocery store called Soriana is just a short walk where you can buy fresh fish and wonderful bakery goods. There are many other shops here as well.
We vacation in Puerto Vallarta often and continue to enjoy the endless venue of things to see and do.
