Casa Uno is a spacious (approx 2200 sq.ft.) condo located in a six unit building on Calle Amapas. And, it is a beautifully furnished retreat that will make your stay in Puerto Vallarta a memoral occasion. Designed in a wonderful warm Spanish-style, your accomodations have tile floors, arches and iron work that blend traditional romantic Mexico with modern conveniences. This quiet setting provides the privacy that will make your escape complete yet is within short walking distances of beaches, restaurants, shopping, the Blue Chairs and other major activities. Casa Uno is tastefully appointed for your relaxation and enjoyment and is on a purified water system throughout the unit. 
 
There are two large bedroom suites, each with a private bath/dressing area and balcony or patio. Each suite has two double beds, large closet and complete privacy.The spacious living and dining areas give you plenty of room for comfort and entertaining with a full bath for guests seperate from the bedroom suites. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with the conveniences one would expect in a modern home. Maid service is provided six days per week (holidays excepted) for general housekeeping duties. Evening at the roof top pool will be rewarded with spectacular sunsets overlooking the tranquil bay and beach. In addition, the roof top has an area for entertaining with a restroom for the use of guests. Casa Uno will help make your visit to Puerto Vallarta the paradise vacation of your dreams and will provide you with the comfort of home coupled with the convenience of being close to the heart of Puerto Vallarta. On site American manager to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

    Half deposit required at booking. Final payment plus $250.00 (U.S.) for key/damage deposit due 60 days before arrival date. Security deposit will be returned after satisfactory condo inspection and return of keys to Palm Springs, CA. Accepted payment methods are personal/cashiers check. Written cancellations received 60 days prior to the first day of the reservation (90 days at Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter weeks) will qualify to receive a refund of 50% of your deposit, If we are able to rent your time period to another guest a full refund will be granted.
