Method of Payment: Payments must be made in US funds either by Money Order, or Cashier’s Check. There is a $10 charge for payment by wire transfer. VISA accepted however a 2.5% fee is applied to any credit card payment.

Cancellation policy: If reservation is cancelled…
-If the unit is re-rented for the entire period of your reservation then the total amount of your advance payment(s) will be refunded minus an administrative fee of $100.00
-Six months prior to arrival a charge of 10% of the deposit will apply
-Three months prior to arrival a charge of 20% of the deposit will apply
-Less than three months prior to arrival a charge of 100% of the deposit will apply unless we are able to find a replacement for the time period reserved, hence the charge will be only 20% of the total deposit
