It has all the amenities of a hotel, but the availability of cooking and refrigeration in the condo and lovely furnishings. Totally turnkey furnished - plates, linens, pots/pans, utensils, etc. The balcony overlooks the Bay of Banderas as well as the beautiful mountainous area of Amapas. Only a fifteen minute cab or bus ride to downtown with "shopping till you drop" and five star restaurants if you so choose. There is nightlife galore either downtown, close by or in the Holiday Inn.

    • There are many activities to keep you busy, e.g. renting a tennis court in front of the building, professional fishing boats and guides located in the nearby Marina, shopping "til you drop" in downtown Puerto Vallarta as well as nearby stores. Across the street from the condo is a huge shopping mall that has a cinema theatre, food court, grocery shopping, etc. Many golf courses within a 2-3 mile radius, water part in nuevo Vallarta (1/2 hr.). There is a zoo and the botanical gardens located approximately 1/2 hour from the condo, there are buses as well as taxis that can be gotten right in front of the hotel.

    Upon signing of Rental Agreement, 50% deposit, either Money Order or Certified Bank Check. If rental is 60 days or less from rental period, full amount is required. There is a $100 refundable security deposit required at time of signing Rental Agreement. Full amount of deposit returned if notification is given 60 days or greater from rental period. 60 days or less will be 50% of deposit returned, however, if another rental is procured for that rental period, full deposit will be returned. Should there be an act or war, hurricane, tornado, earthquake, or other natural disaste, that portion of rental will be returned.
