This lovely vacation condo for rent is centrally located near restaurants, bars and clubs, tour agencies, and shops in Old Vallarta at one of the most desirable locations.  
 
Accommodations of this beautiful and spacious condo (1323 Sq. Ft.) are 2 bedrooms, with 2 baths in suite, a fully equipped kitchen, with newer appliances, balcony, air conditioning in living room and bedrooms.  
 
High speed internet and Vonage for unlimited calls to US/Canada. Cable television, DVD player, and a new washer/dryer. Only 2 small blocks to Los Muertos beach and around the corner from Rizo's Market makes this home a very convenient and fun location in Old Town Puerto Vallarta. 
 
Maid Service is provided once per week. Additional services can be provided for $20 US per day. We recommend tipping the maid $2-$5 US per person per day of the stay. 
 
We will accept PayPal credit card as payment for those that wish to use Visa and MasterCard. 
 
There are 18 steps up to the condo.

    Prices are listed in US dollars. We accept payment in US personal and Cashiers checks and must be cleared by bank.We will aslso accept Money transfers to our account but all fees will be the resposibility of the renter. A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation and 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. 60 days prior to arrival deposit will be non-refundable. Once total is paid it will be completely Non-refundable. Any charges via payments will be the sole resposibility of the renters. A small pet is accepted at the property with a pet deposit depending on the amount of time of the rental. We will also accept Visa and MasterCard through PayPal account to verified PayPal account holders.
