This Luxury Beachfront FULLY EQUIPPED Condo is situated on the very popular Los Mertos Beach. 
Together with two large bedrooms, each furnished with a King Size bed (new mattresses on both beds). 
Both bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms. We have a fully equipped kitchen, with a 6 burner stove, a large refrigerator, a microwave oven, a wet bar, and a second sink. A fully equipped Dining Room for 6 people, and Living  
Room with 3 sofas L shaped that look out to a charming Terrace accessed through a sliding glass door . 
The Terrace overlooks the Pacific Ocean to the left, where one can often watch Dolphins and Wales 
in the Bay. We have a great view of the Sierra Madre Mountains & Jungle to the right. You can witness Spectacular Sunsets that PUERTO VALLARTA IS FAMOUS FOR. In our little piece of paradise , we have little need of a car and rarely need to use a taxi.Most everything is within walking distance. We also have a very good and reasonably priced bus system .  
We are located in one of the most desirable areas, Puerto Vallarta's "Old Town" also dubbed as "Zona Romantica" with is quaint cobblestone streets, its many Sidewalk and Beach Cafe's, plus a variety of Markets and Artesan shops. Staffed by very friendly people. Grocery shopping nearbye . All this framed in backdrop of Tropical Jungle Vegetaion and the Sierra Madre Mountains  
We now have Internet connections in the Condo, and a desk top Computer , together with alovel Flat Screen TV  
NOTE: Maid Service is included with your rental six days a week except Holidays  
Our building is right on the beach, we have a restaurant on the first floor of our building and on the beach.Right in Front of our building. THIS IS A NON SMOKING CONDO

Completely equipped Kitchen with 6 burner gas stove, large refrigerator, microwave Coffee pot, Toaster, mixer,electric can opener, stainless steel cookware complete sets of dishes & glasses KitcHen has 2 sinks . One is a Wet Bar, with shelves holding various sets of glasses. There are washers and dryers on the lower level of Vista Del Sol . For use by guests at a minimum price We also have a computer room on the main floor . Which can be used by guests at minimum rental rates. Computer also available in the Condo All linens provided, with the exception of beach towels. Maid service is provided every day but Sunday's and Holidays

A Great many activities are close by. Our condo is situated on the beach, where Water Sport rentals of all kinds are available. We are close to the Sierra Madre Mountain Range, where one can go Horse back riding. 
Fishing and Boating are readily available  
there are World Class Restaurants Nearby and unique shopping shopping . ( Mexican Artisans have amazing Merchandise for sale)  
The charming wine bars and out door cafe's are within walking distance . you will not be disappointed with the available activities  
including Vista Del Sol's Large Swimming Pool on the Roof and our own Restaurant on the beach , out front , where you will find Palaps to sit under.

• Travel Info: Villas Vista Del Sol is, in most guests opinion the nicest Condominium building in The Old Town- (Zona Romantca) located on the famous Los Mertos Beach, right on the Pacific Ocean.Because it is a dead end street, ending at the Ocean , it is quiet. However it close to all amenities, which you can walk to with ease, Restaurants, Wine Bars, Drug Stores, Doctors, Art Galleries, Shopping, Banks, Night Life, The location is perfect. We have a very nice large Pool on the roof, together with wash rooms and a shower, Also a lovely Palapa, so you can avoid the sun. Lots of Loungers available. The local buses are easy to use and quite close
