Our two story condo is spacious (1500 square feet)is deluxe, recently renovated, and attractively decorated. Downstairs, there is a kitchen with counter, dining area, balcony overlooking the ocean with table, living room and entrance foyer. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with king size beds and attached bathrooms. All rooms face the ocean. Our building has recently added a sea wall which protects our building and our beach and makes for fabulous swimming and snorkeling. The condo is air conditioned.

We are just eight minutes by car from Downtown Puerto Vallarta on the desirable southside. A small shop, restaurant, and bar in the building next door are useful. Cabs and buses are readily available. It is impossible to be closer to the ocean! The sound of the waves is the only sound! We are the choice if you want to hear only the sound of the waves, be on the beach, be close to town and want a deluxe property.
