    50% deposit due within one week of booking. Remainder due 30 days before arrival, or 45 days before Christmas holidys. $250 refundable damage deposit due with final payment. We require a rental application and photo ID. Complete payment information, options, rental application, will be emailed to you separately. Please inquire about monthly discounted rates. You will be met on site by property manager, who will assist you, escort you to your unit and give you a tour of the building. High season is defined as Nov. 1 to April 30, with Dec. 20 - Jan 4 being holiday season, which is $1400/week.
