Very Private. Very Luxurious. Very Romantic.
This luxury beachfront property is nestled between the Sierra Madre
mountains, and, the sand of a never crowded beach. We are 1/2 way on the 3 mile stretch of
Troncones beach. Close enought to walk to everything in the village or on the beach, but away from
the "commercial" end of the beach...assuring you complete privacy.
The private villa is beachfront and described by guests as "The Ritz on the
Beach". It offers 3 fabulous suites, each with a king bed and an
open air living area/kitchen overlooking it's private pool and ocean.
The three 1 bedroom mini villas are also beachfront front and designed with indoor king
bedrooms/baths that open dramatically onto open air kitchens, dining and living rooms overlooking a
huge pool with a swim up bar. There are 3 units, one on each floor, and all with an amazing view.
Rent one unit for a romantic get-a-way or rent the entire complex as a 3 suite "megavilla".
The two 2 story bungalows are fabulous queen suites with a most unique design. The 2nd floor hosts a
beautiful queen suite. Take your private staircase to the 3rd floor and your private open air
living room and kitchen await you in the most amazing whale watching perch ever! Talk about a room
with a view!
