Vacation Rental Description
Casa Viva Troncones consists of three palm-thatched roofed bungalows, or Casita, each with a private bathroom built into a natural setting and organic gardens. Each casita is a mini-suite, to provide each person in your party with privacy, all Casitas share the common area that includes the kitchen, dining, Jacuzzi and pool. Above the common area is a sleeping porch that accommodates overflow (up to 6 single beds) or is perfect for yoga, meditation, exercise or play. 
 
How to best describe the Casa Viva experience...well in the words of one our guests as posted to Trip Advisor, "By far and away the most amazingly relaxing holiday we have ever had... " 
"Landing in Zihuatanejo was nice enough, and then we got to Casa Viva...wow. we were blown away by the surroundings, lovely casitas, AMAZING food (homemade AND delicious: breakfast included in the basic price, lunch & dinner a bit extra) ... The whole place is so relaxing, it honestly has an effortless beauty, eco-minded-without-being-basic, 5-star-luxury-bohemian vibe (if that makes sense). Like everyone says; we should have stayed longer ... but no question, we're definitely coming back. Also, would highly recommend exploring along the coast and around the beaches (we had a car to venture out a bit) - it's hard to leave Casa Viva itself, it's so darn lovely, but the surrounding countryside & neighborhoods are very cool too!"

King Suites (Round and Square Casita): $180/night low season $275/night high season Studio Double (Casita Caracol: $125/night (low) $175/night (high) Tapanco/Sleeping Porch Rates: $100/night (low) $150/night (high) Based on double occupancy (2 adults and 2 chdrn) /family/night. Includes breakfast beer. Extra Beds for: Adults: $50.00/$40/night (high/low) Children (6-17) $25/$20 a night (high/low) Children >5 no additional charge Price does NOT include taxes. 15% VAT tax + 3% Room tax. Rents on a weekly basis, Sat-Sat, shorter stays OK for non-holiday weeks. Holiday Weeks MUST be booked Sat-Sat. Holiday = Thanksgiving, Xmas, New Years, Easter and week prior. A 20% non-refundable deposit is needed to secure a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
