This two-story, ground-level villa is located in front of the Tesoro resort, in the heart of Ixtapa’s beachfront hotel district. It is directly on the beach and next to the Tesoro pool. 
 
The villa features three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and balcony on the upper level, and a spacious kitchen, dining area, and great room plus full bath on the main floor. You can have the best of both worlds, enjoying all the amenities of the Tesoro hotel, while still having the comfort and privacy of a fully-equipped home. 
 
Unique advantages include a large, private patio for al fresco dining with an ocean view; grass lawn overlooking the beach for lounging or playing; chaise lounges; security guard posted nearby; private drive and parking spot right behind villa.

    		  Low Season Price: $1,950 per Week
      High Season Price: $2,700 per Week
         

    High Season 2008 (Dec-Apr) .................... $2700/Week Low Season 2008 (May-Nov) .................... $1950/Week Holiday (Christmas, New Year's, Easter) .. $3700/Week Weekly rates are based on Saturday-Saturday rentals, and up to 8 people. Additional guests may be added at owner's discretion for $50/person/day. Payment/Deposits are non-refundable and scheduled as follows: 10% down to hold reservation 40% payment 3 months before trip Final 50% payment due 15 days before trip, along with separate $250 damage deposit check. Payments to be made by personal check if drawn on a U.S. bank, otherwise cashiers/money order check. Upon receiving final payment I will mail keys to renter along with an informational packet. If there are no damages and upon return receipt of the keys, I will void and return your damage deposit. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
