Our location is much better than the new Marina building. Right across the street, you will find all kinds of great shops and a flea market. There are also many great restaurants, some very rasonable with wonderful menus. We also have 2 markets and several pharmacies. This is the perfect unit for a couple that wants to relax and enjoy a beautiful apartment and view. Although there is plenty to do if you want to stay active. Fishing, snorkeling, banana boat rides, jet sking, etc. We are renting for the first time and would like to rent to couples that will appreciate, respect and enjoy a beautiful place, just as much as we do.
