Casa Media Luna is a luxury 4 bedroom, 6 bathroom, vacation villa, with pool and panoramic view, it’s located on the tropical hills of the original part of Las Brisas, Acapulco's most exclusive & gated neighborhood. Guarded entries and patrols ensure complete privacy and security to all the private villas. This lovely property is rented occasionally & directly by its owners, not for business purposes but only to help defray part of the high maintenance costs. 
 
This boutique villa is elegantly done in every sense, with oriental Kilim rugs, high quality furniture and decorator touches all over, surrounded by large tropical trees and plants, it has a stunning view of the open ocean, the Roqueta Island and Acapulco bay. 
From the fantastic living and dining room, which are out in the open with the Acapulco breeze, you can observe spectacular sunsets 365 days a year and in the evening admire the twinkling lights of the city on the bay.

Room 3 : 3 twin size beds, with private patio 
Room 4 : 1 Queen size bed plus a sofa, with private patio 
 
All the rooms are comfortable, with cool A/C, fans and lovely Travertine marble bathrooms in suite. The master bedroom has wireless Internet access, and view of the ocean & Bay. Dish Network Satellite is available on the master bedroom and the 4th bedroom. Wireless Internet connection is available in the master bedroom, living room, dinning room and pool area. DSL Ethernet cable Internet connection on the 4th bedroom. 
 
All bathrooms are modern and of the highest quality; The floor, counters and walls are Travertine marble. The master bathroom has a huge dressing room area with 2 sinks and 2 showers, overlooking a tropical garden and private toilet area. 
 
The house offers personal service, a cook, a waiter, and a housekeeper who will make your vacation entirely relaxing and enjoyable. The guests pay for the food, which they can purchase themselves, or the cook can do that for them. You can eat or sip drinks by the crystal clear pool with your friends & family. The pool has an ecological system to purify the water, with a saline Chlorinator instead of adding harsh chemicals, no more red eyes and ruined bathing suits. The pool is also heated in the winter as needed. 
 
Acapulco is famous for its incredible nightlife, postcard beaches, unlimited water sports, first-class hotels, gourmet restaurants and the breathtaking physical beauty of Acapulco Bay! The fishing in Acapulco, particularly sailfish, is legendary. The snorkeling and SCUBA diving here is first rate and there is nothing as exciting as jumping on a jet ski and riding at full throttle across Acapulco Bay! 
 
After enjoying the day deep-sea fishing, golfing or playing tennis, it will be a pleasure to return to our spacious villa. 
Casa Media Luna has room enough for three couples and 3 kids, and with rates as low as $600 a night it is a great value when compared to individual hotel rooms for you and your guests. Plus you have the savings and comfort of eating gourmet food at home instead of eating 3 meals a day at restaurants. Your comfort and privacy are always our main concerns.

    • Staff Includes • Gourmet cook. • Waiter; will bring your Margaritas to the pool. • Chamber maid. A massage expert and additional waiters can be contracted separately.     Not Included: ?Staff gratuities. ?Food/Alcohol/Transportation PAYMENT POLICY: ?US Dollars required: Bank-to-Bank Transfer, 50% of total rental amount is required as ?deposit to hold and confirm the villa within ?7 days of booking. This deposit is non-refundable, but can be applied to a future rent depending on availability. ? The balance is required at least 30 days prior to arrival. A Security deposit of $300 per week for long ?distance charges and any damages incurred during ?the stay will be collected before arrival ?and will be returned 15 days after departure. Check In time is 3 pm and Check Out time is ?1 pm. Special times can be arranged by ?advanced request.
