The house has5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, swimming pool, satellite TV, internet and is fully equipped. Walking distance to beach. Close to town with market, stores, restaurants and pharmacies.
The house rent includes a person that does the grounds’ keeping, such as cleaning the pool every day. We recommend hiring a cleaning lady (approx. $130/week) to make your stay a more relaxed one.
The 5 bedrooms can accommodate a large number of people. Two of the bedrooms are smaller than the other three but have bunk beds. There are three washrooms in the house and one near the pool area. There is also a service room with a washer and washroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, coffee maker, etc. Satellite TV and internet access are available.
The villa is about three blocks from the beach on the Santiago Bay -where most vacation properties are located as well as some major hotels. There are other swimming beaches a short car/bus ride away or a 20 min walk.
All the linens are included, and everything you need for your stay except food (basics like salt and sugar are provided).
There are golf courses within 15 min drive.
A van is available for rent ($700/week).
Manzanillo is served by an international airport that receives flights from many cities in the States, Canada and Mexico.
